Mississippi Pizza is a lovely NE Portland institution (2001 feels kinda oldish by current PDX standards). It's a homey, intimate space for bands with a laidback PDX vibe and great people — which I hope will forever escape condoification!
Highly recommended for family date night! We loooovvvved it there!
This place has great food, and puts on great shows! Daniel treats the musicians so well! Can't wait to come back!
Immediately upon entering I felt like one of those kids standing outside the window of an original pizza place and watching with wonder at the Man tossing the dough. A wonderful place, great pizza, great service, beautiful artwork(love the mermaid) and the rest of the evening was spectacular with Three for Silver at the helm.
Very friendly. Fun atmosphere. Great pizza and salads. However, you REEEEAAALLY need a better exhaust system. My eyes and sinuses hurt from the smoke/fumes from the cooking.
They have the best GF Pizza I've ever found! And we've tried tons! Makes me very happy! And the staff here is always so nice no matter how busy they are!
Pizza and Salad delish and yummy. Service is awesome as always. The vibe is as funky and weird like PTOWN just the way we love it!!
Good pizza by the slice, nice people and good beer. What more do you need to know???? Lunch special rocks!!
