So nice and relaxing.
No chip gel manicure chipped in 3 days. I asked the tech not to file AFTER polishing them, knowing it would weaken the polish at the tips. She was rude to me after, rolled her eyes, and BARELY massaged my arms and hands afterwards. Very unsatisfied. Nails are too expensive for poor quality .

This is my favorite place for nails but I was disappointed today with the customer service. Lady at the register, never seen her before, short lady wearing a red sweater today (April 12th around 4pm) I had an appointment for 4:15 pm for pedi and shellac removal for my hands. She was helping someone at the register-) when she was done with them and then I approached the desk, she literally left the area without acknowledging my presence.
