I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I feel I need to let others know! I asked for dip and the finished look was so horrible I had to ask the lady to take it fully off. They looked like huge blobs and were completely uneven in size and shape. They looked way too thick. She also dremmeled my skin multiple times and didn’t do any cuticle work. This place is the best!! The team here is so sweet and attentive, and the environment is clean and comfortable. I’m a convert; I’ll definitely be back!
I have been coming to this nail salon for 4+ years, and I won't go anywhere else! I don't even live in the area anymore, but I'll make time to travel to this neighborhood. I love my nails every time I get them done here. I specifically have had the most wonderful experiences with Hannah, who always makes sure I'm feeling relaxed and taken care of. She's pays attention to the small details and does an incredible job! I go here for gel manicures and pedicures!
Just called to see if they had any openings and I told the woman on the phone what I was looking for. The phone went silent for a second and all she said was “I’m hanging up, try later” Nope. I’m good thanks 🤣
