No Call back when patient calls or family member calls. They did not show up today and they did not let us know when we called 4 times
I called with a concern about my mother. I understand it's passed operating hours after 10pm. I was told that a RN/Nurse would give me a call back, that call back never happened. Yes I'm upset but I'm dealing with the situation, this is the first time I've ever had a problem with this Agency, I just need an explanation as to why I didn't receive a call back.
Ms Home Care is the best home care in the GTA area!! Everyone is always so knowledgeable, caring, courteous, and prompt with their services. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a home health service to look into using them. You want to be disappointed.
The staff is amazing! Wade and Angie are always so professional and are willing to help us at the drop of a hat!! They go above and beyond for their patients consistently!!
