I was recently turned away from my podiatrist of 20 years due to insurance issues. After reading the reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Dr Sullivan. From the moment I walked in the office, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Once Dr Sullivan came in and we talked about my history and the pain I am currently having, he did an xray. Dr Sullivan is great. He is clear on his diagnosis and explains things simply and directly. He has one of the best staffs that I have ever experienced. They are efficient, friendly and prompt. Excellent experience.
Staff is friendly and understanding. Chuck explains the insurance, products & scheduling great. Dr. Sullivan is kind, knowledgeable and quick. They will get you in, helped and out in no time.
This was my first time to see a podiatrist. My toe had been hurting for some time and I was not very successful treating it on my own. Dr. Sullivan was wonderful and combined humor with his treatment which made me feel at ease. His staff was so nice and accommodating and the office was sparkling clean. Excellent visit!
Before I say anything please be advised Dr. Sullivan is one of the best hands down! Professional, good bedside manners the whole nine yards. And that's one of the reason I called to make an appointment the other day and the lady ask, " Do you have any insurance?" I responded yes and gave my name and info. She states I need to speak with someone else because I had a 20 dollar past due balance.
