Nicole and her staff are very dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond in helping me replace a very sentimental necklace. Not only did Nicole exchange the first chain I purchased, she then shortened the 2nd chain to an odd length for me to exactly replicate the necklace I had been wearing for so long. Today I got to work with my daughter and realized she was missing one earring 😔 in a panic I called and they so kindly set aside a pare for my 8 month old and my dad to pick up and bring back to me. A big thank you to you guys!! I definitely recommend them
