I rented a condo here for a couple years. The neighbors and community are nice, and the concrete walls make it so you rarely hear your neighbors. If you're looking to rent a condo, though, make sure you're okay with the lack of light in the bedroom. All the 1 bedroom units have super dark bedrooms, as if you're in a basement, due to the design that places the walkways above the windows. Also, don’t rent from Sleep Sound Property Management. They were terrible.
A friend of mine lives in this building and I love visiting her. The units are really nice and the floor plans are great. I really like the design of the building with the inner courtyard. And the location can’t be beat!
What an amazing little building in a great neighborhood. Industrial yet super cozy right on a energetic street. I stayed here for a short while, but I want to live here!
Stunning boutique condos in the heart of Mississippi. The building has a great sense of community and you are certain to meet a cute dog onsite. Wonderful place to live.
I love this building and the location is amazing. The residents are super friendly and the timeless modern design is so unique. I'll take Mississippi over the Pearl anyday. Everything is at your fingertips with a much better vibe. The views are nice too.
