DO NOT GIVE THIS BOTTOM-FEEDING OPERATION YOUR BUSINESS. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR RESOURCES IN PURSUIT OF A CREEP'S BAIT AND SWITCH STRATEGY. Patterns I ignored: 1.) Didn't look up my assigned salesperson's social media until after the failed sale-by-coercion. It alone would have warned me to back out. 2.) The property looks like what it does.
