Don't expect to see the specialist that you are paying full price for. You will see random nurse practitioners, who are nice, but good luck with that. Tammy H., the office manager, is very-very-very rude to patients. However, don't bother to complain to her supervisor, they are friends, and nothing will be done about Tammy.
