Yoga Fun – Really a perfect energetic group of instructors and practitioners. Mission Yoga is definitely the best
Awesome Instructor – The instructors here rock. There was this one lady in particular who's so passive and understanding and she just throws out this vibe that makes you relax. She coaches you on how to enjoy the pose that you're doing instead of getting all frustrated when you can't.
the best! – i had been doing vinyasa for a couple years but could never get off my butt to go more than once a week. i've been going 3-5 times/week to mission yoga for bikram classes for about six months now. the instructors and general vibe are great, and my old aches and pains have disappeared. great for rsi/carpal tunnel and back pain.
Awesome yoga! – I have done vinyasa yoga with several different studios for about 2 years prior coming to Mission Yoga's Sun Room about a month ago. I absolutely love the staff, who every time I encounter them, are so sweet and inviting. The classes are challenging, and I can see my practice improve each time I attend. I highly recommend it for people of all levels to come to Mission Yoga.
Largest Yoga Studio with Vinyasa and Bikram – This studio has 2 floors of yoga classes with Bikram, Vinyasa, Flow, Restorative, Forrest, Bhakti and Partner Yoga... also Tai Chi. They have the best instructors, Rusty Wells, Jonathan Reynolds, Jen Burk, Amme Hill, Katy Fox and Sarah Robinette. The studio offers 8 classes daily and will increase the classes in January. The street parking is always available. The prices are less than other studios.
cool yoga place – easy-going attitude, big schedule, great teachers! Thye just added another yoga room, upstairs, so you can take other styles of yoga.
Fantastic Studio! – I love this studio-- supportive teachers, showers, and a huge practice space. Unlike other studios in SF, you will never be squished next to another person. It has an overall good vibe.
Love them! – Teachers know each person by name, challenge and progress. Knowledgeable teachers. Welcoming energies throughout space. Clean studio. Convenient class schedule. Became addicted after my first class!
Great place! – All in all a great place for Bikram - very clean, comfortable, and not overcrowded. The studio is nice and big, and having showers is a definite plus. Teachers are all very nice, and helpful if you're having trouble with a pose. Plus, they've got free lockers and mat storage.
