From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome! The receptionist offered me a beverage, gave me the paperwork, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I met Dr. Robison and he was so friendly and answered every single question I had throughout the visit. The cherry on top was that few days later I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from Dr. Robison himself wishing me good luck in school! It was my fIrst time to visit Mission Vision-the place is very clean, professional looking, yet the staff is warm and friendly. I was seen right away and found Dr. Robson to be professional and knowledgeable. Jeanie was very helpful searching the ample selection of glasses to find the right pair for me!
I'm so happy I went here! The level of professionalism and kindness I was shown is amazing! I came in for a routine exam and glasses. I had my three littles with me also. Dr. Robinson and staff showed so much kindness to not only me but my children. They where quick, informative, and got me what I needed without any of the extra stuff. I will definitely be telling friends and family to come here!!
I had my eye exam this morning and was blown away with the level of professionalism and attitude that everyone had. Dr. Robison was awesome, and explained every single aspect of the exam, and in terms that I could understand. They were also very respectful of my time, and my wait after checking in was honestly about two minutes. This is a great practice, and I only wish my primary care physician’s office was half as organized as Mission Vision is. Thanks!
