Samantha Went Above and Beyond! Huge shoutout to Samantha in Sales at Kia of Mission Viejo! I came in around 6 PM after being told by parts that they’d leave my item with sales, but no one had it. Most people would’ve just said “tough luck,” but Samantha didn’t brush me off. She went up to three different sales members (including managers), called two people from sales, and even called someone from parts to track it down. I don't normally write reviews but the service team especially (Yasmine) went above and beyond for me. I live down in San Diego even though I bought my car down in Mission Viejo and bought a service plan down there at the time of purchase. I needed the home screen in my car to be replaced. The team was able to schedule the part to come in pretty fast. They set me up with a car while they had mine as I live far away and couldn't be without one and then they even drove me back my car when service had been completed! Talk about... read more
