Glad I found MV Fit Body: both the coaches and tailored sessions to the 55+ clients are exceptional. The 2 week free trial really does give you their full experience - and their clients are repeat customers that really enjoy MV Fit Body and what it does for them.
I rarely give anything full stars because I feel there's always room for improvement, however, Fit Body Forever MV is an exception. I have been attending for over a year - and I have NEVER committed to any exercise that long, and consistently. Fit Body Forever which is geared towards 55+ allowed me to join without feeling pressure to be perfect, fit, etc. Everyone has been more than welcoming - all the coaches are great.
