Jeff at the service department is fantastic. He clearly explained my options for servicing my 2018 Kia Optima. This was my big 60,000-mile service, my car had to stay a couple of days because they needed a drive belt. Jeff kept me updated through text and answered all my questions. Had my second routine maintenance done here after purchasing the vehicle in November. Our service advisor has been Ivan both times and he truly is amazing. No matter how busy they are he’s calm, kind, never rushed and connects with everyone. I love this Kia dealership!!!
