The Kia Mission Viejo Service Center is atrocious. We purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride in May 2026 and brought it in on Saturday for recalls to be addressed and repaired. We made an appointment and arrived timely. Patrick Mackay was our service advisor, whom we will never use again. Not only did he fail to even introduce himself, but also, he rescheduled our appointment to Monday as the service center apparently will not address recalls on weekends (news to us). Cant provide a loaner car or reserve one. Told them we would need one otherwise how would we get around. Basic service that Kia doesn’t provide which makes servicing your car very inconvenient. Following the lease or this Kia ev9 we’re leaving to a different brand. Crappy service post sale. We’re still waiting on our Tesla adapter and it’s been over a year.

Samantha Went Above and Beyond! Huge shoutout to Samantha in Sales at Kia of Mission Viejo! I came in around 6 PM after being told by parts that they’d leave my item with sales, but no one had it. Most people would’ve just said “tough luck,” but Samantha didn’t brush me off. She went up to three different sales members (including managers), called two people from sales, and even called someone from parts to track it down.
