Highly disappointed after coming to this dentist for a few years. Had recent question(s) that were not being answered over a 2 week + period and 10+ emails back-and-forth. At the core was a PAST DUE balance from two visits prior that popped up, without explanation on why a filling work wasn't covered initially. This coming off thousands of $$"crown work that wasn't covered two years back. And continually being upsold at the office.
