I wish i could upload screenshots of how they are mistreating.....i made a huge mistake if trying to make money in these times and forgot to give 60 days notice for which i have to pay 1200 more...atleast thats what i thought until there is "Spot the Diffrence" notice..with the same notice ddate and same offer expiration date received .where month to month has increased from 1200+ to 1400+ and a reminder of 60 days notice has been highlited and freshly added ..my rent used to 965 ... on month to month lease they are adding 5... read more
My boyfriend and I have lived in this apartment complex this past year. We have had such a pleasant, great experience as we both transitioned into the Durham, NC area due to job relocation. I would highly recommend this community to family and friends. The staff and residents are very welcoming, and mail is easily accessible. We plan to stay for another year. Additionally, this apartment complex is also close to major roads, and jobs within the area, perfect location.
I am currently a resideny here. I have had a multitude of issues with the staff and apartment. Including falling ill due to mold in the apartments. I have had to call durham housing authorities and file complaints because my apartment wasnt up to code. My most recent issues have been life threatening. Someone broke into my apartment through my patio which I was under the impression was secure, and stole my car. I am currently in communication with cooperate dur to an illegal tow. It doesn't even deserve a full star...all my appliances need to be replaced I complained when I first moved in last year & all they did was come in & attempted to "fix" it, my refrigerator is rusted I can never get anyone to answer the phone...smh terrible
