The care I received for my accident was fine. Could it have been better? Of course. But, Not their fault someone hit me. What they can control is their customer service and accounts receivable departments. Customer service score is ZERO. They will not answer the phone. Accounts receivable score is ZERO. They send a bill but for incorrect amounts. Their system will not allow me to pay the correct amount owed after EOB. And they seem to struggle to accept the electronic payments via InstaMed.
