I contacted this organization’s HR department to report a concern involving an employee with whom I had a prior professional and personal connection. I was informed my report would be taken seriously. I sent a follow-up email a few weeks later, but I received no response. I left a voicemail thinking maybe my email had been overlooked. When I arrived Matthew greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. He reassured me that he sees hope in me as I go through my struggle. Matthew is a great asset to this cause. He's professional and kind. Your head lose him.
I can't speak highly enough about Tina Sentner and her team here. So glad to know that the San Jose community has an alternative to jail or the emergency department for people who have misused substances. Great peer support services and connections to resources!
