Food and atmosphere == 10. So many dog people with their dogs running all over == much less likely to visit. Figure this out Mission Rock. There is a dog sitting AT THE TABLE next to me now.
They have a great serene view, tasty oysters, artisan cocktails and amazing dishes to go with the top notch customer service, had happy hour here for my birthday and was blown away!!! .99 oysters, yes please!!
