I took my dog to the animal clinic for all of her shots, flea and tick prevention, and necessary medications. The staff was very friendly and helpful, since my dog has anxiety issues around people she does not know. We were out of the clinic in about 40 minutes and heading back home!
The veterinary team and staff were incredibly friendly and personable, clearly demonstrating a genuine love for animals. They treated our dog with the utmost care, making the actual experience a 5-star one. However, despite the excellent care, I'm rating our visit 3 out of 5 stars due to a significant lack of transparency regarding costs and services.
