Dishonest and untrustworthy. Mission Restoration, by their own admission, “is not a roofing company.” They are a door-to-door sales operation hiding behind contracts and high-pressure tactics. After a large wind storm, a salesman named Robert from Mission Restoration knocked on my door, claiming to be “working on roofs in the neighborhood.” I told him that I planned on repairing the damage to my roof and he could let me know what it would entail. Levi was our project Mgr on our roof replacement excellent job. We needed to have the cover on our porch replaced he gave us a bid however from that point on contact was impossible we contacted the office and were promised contact to no avail. We wrote them off due to poor customer service and had the work done by another company at half the cost. The work mission did do was a1 however the customer service was less than 1 star

Knocked on my door with a no soliciting sign right in their face. A couple of rude clueless kids with terrible business practice. Use your eyes it isn’t that difficult.
