As a recent resident of one of your properties I can honestly say it was the worst experince of my life. the water heater went ot 4 times before it was replaced as defected. Oven had to be relplaced the first time we tried to use it. 'the office staff was not friendly or helpful.. That's the short list. I will be telling my friends and family.

The person in charge was new thus many questions were not answered, neither at the location nor with several follow up calls. All of which were the standard 'I'll have to get back to you.'
