This place is awesome they are honest and always there to help!! Their store hours are not correct they say they are open until 8 when they actually close at 6 pm

Very unprofessional company. Firstly about the store. Ordered variable speed pump in store and they didnt even schedule a site audit. I got appointment 6 days later. The technician who came in added more line items to work (due to their lack of site audit). I said fair enough as approved changes on the spot. However when he tested the install he found leaks at the pump. He couldnt fix it since it was end of the day for him. Now leslies is unable to schedule the repair this messy installation for a week.
