I had lived at the Warrington for over 4 years. The maintenance guys were great, but the front office likes to over promise and under deliver. Upon signing my 4th lease to stay in the community they offered me a free carpet cleaning as a bonus for staying with them. Well due to the ongoing pandemic I was unable to claim the carpet cleaning. Lived here for 3 years and was ok (not great) until move out. Front office personal had mistake after mistake with the manager, assistant manger and front office employs lying with the move out and ended up charging is $163 dollars (on "rent still owed") after our walk through only had $10 dollars taken off for an uncleaned stove top. I would strongly discourage anyone living here unless the management changes and the unethical, dishonest employees are no longer here. Hello, my name is Linda, I have lived here five year s, I have seen managers come and go, than you hired Michelle and she brought life to our residences. The flowers were made beautiful, the pools began to sparkle. The xmas lights brought joy to those that could not afford to have a Christmas tree, she brought joy to those less fortunate. The personell were pleasant and gracious, along with being sufficient to our residence. Thank you for reading my reveiw.
Amazing place to live , the management here is very understanding and friendly . I`ve been here only 6 months and feel more safe than the home I lived in for 11 years. I recommend these apartments for all Single Mothers and anyone looking to live comfortable and happy.
We have lived here for more than 3 years now and nothing we can say bad about this place.We love this place,the convenience of having everything at close proximity.All the staff here are friendly and they do take care of things you bring to their attention.
