The onsite manager Adam always and I mean always has a smile . He puts me at ease Everytime I see him. He is great for this job. The tenants not so much . I have a service dog and the absolute harassment I have delt with is horrible. It's all the time. People make complaints all the time to upper management and I have been told more complaints and either the dog or both of us will have to go. My dog is very very well trained. My grandmother lives here, I am absolutely flabbergasted and appalled as a person in the healthcare field. Why would a place catering towards the elderly community install heavy doors without any wheelchair accessibility? Thats a safety hazard, fire hazard and completely illegal not to mention. These doors have trapped residents in hallways. God forbid someone has a health emergency with no way to access the outside of this building. Terrible attitude here towards younger residents. And there's a problem w bedbugs in this complex. Wasn't properly addressed.
