Have LOVED the care and service here for 16 years now. I've had many opportunities to use them and have always been impressed by the professionalism, ability to research issues and their love for all the animals in their care. Unfortunately I think they are just a bit too popular now... I called today because my elderly dog is in pain and they tell me they are booked until after Christmas and I should try calling early morning to see if there is a cancellation.
