Amazing staff and Drs.
A great experience from start to finish! I came to the clinic with an acute hand injury and was greeted at the front in a warm, professional manner. The office was impeccably clean and I was taken back promptly and treated kindly by the technician and x-ray tech. The PA, Cheryl, was super and reviewed the xrays with me in detail. She was able to refer me that same day to a top notch hand surgeon who she had already discussed my injury with. This was 'hands down' one of the best experiences I have had in a medical facility!
Positive and helpful experience! I went in for tightness and pain in my neck and shoulder area. I called prior about my insurance and the front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out my initial paperwork. A nurse called me back almost immediately after that. After seeing the x-ray tech (very kind, thorough, and professional), a PA-C named Cheryl reviewed my x-rays with me and did a brief exam. Excellent experience, very professional, yet personable staff from reception through to PA. The x-ray tech exhibited the highest level of professionalism, compassion and appropriate boundaries I've ever experienced in the medical industry! Well managed and very caring staff! Hendersonville is blessed to have this provider option!
