Mike and his team are amazing! I was in San Diego over the weekend and realized I had forgotten the connector for my CPAP. I called Mission Medical Supply, and they went above and beyond to help. Since we were visiting Balboa Park, they even offered to meet me there so we wouldn't have to leave the museum and drive to their store. Mike met me right outside the museum with the connector, and to my surprise, he also included extra filters, a stress ball, and a pen. That's what I call true white-glove service. My parents both have had medical grade beds delivered and set up by Mission Medical Supply, and in both instances, they were such a pleasure to work with. Michael scheduled both deliveries. He was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and made sure that they received their beds in time for discharges. Michael was also the person that set up the bed today and he was on time, friendly, and efficient -- he was in and out in about 15 mins. He also explained the features of the bed.
