Horrible staff for cancer
I have been in this hospital now as a patientStarting on March 24th.I've had nothing but trouble at start. The vast majority have been down right rude and ignorant. I have asked for a transfer to another hospital for my care but was RUDELY REJECTED. I also have not been allowed my primary meds nor have I been allowed to eat since sunday.do not come here for medical treatment. Its.NOT SAFE HERE!
ER is hectic and time consuming but once in regular hospital, facilities and staff are wonderful!
Duke is 3 hours away. If you are in need of serious surgery, go with them as they are the best in the area. The ER line here had me concerned when I arrived as I had never seen so many seriously ill people waiting for help. Upon looking into other reviews, I discovered that long ER wait lines commonly occurs here. That sort of thing happening occasionally may be acceptable, but based on the reviews it occurs frequently.
