Well equipped facility with a wonderful staff. This is a large facility with a wide variety of equipment but it’s the team that makes this place great. The entire staff treats patients with courtesy and respect. Schedulers at the front desk work with you to find convenient appointment times. The Patient Care Advocates do an excellent job keeping patients comfortable with ice packs and heating pads and the Physical Therapists are truly patient focused and incredibly kind. Stay clear. They don’t respect your time, they cancel appointments regularly. They therapists do not have a way to measure progress appt to appt.
Even though they are a physical therapy office they bill as a hospital and do everything to use up your full deductible so you get stuck with a huge bill. If you don't mind paying tons of money out of pocket until you've met your clinic deductible, the people are nice enough. But I'm steering clear from this shady practice.
