An excellent practice: Staff who care that you get full benefit from your sessions. It is tempting to think it is just another exercise club with machines. This is a fraction of the value of the program. Socializing with other clients gives me perspective on my recovery. The program offers monitoring of cardiac response relieving fears that I am overdoing or underdoing the exercise. The staff consults with every client over the deep emotional and physical recovery.
