I live 4.5 hrs from mission. My sister-in-law, legally incompetent, was admitted Sunday approx 4:50 PM through emergency room. I am her only relative and have legal guardianship. Mission as of today has been unavailable to me, after numerous phone calls (13) to reach persons treating her! Have spoken to one nurse Monday at 10:25 Pm after a phone call returned. My mother received excellent care and treatment here with her emergency hip surgery. There has been very significant improvements to this hospital!! Everyone was Very caring and tentative. They made it very comfortable for us to be with her in her room as well.
I was at Mission Hospital early this morning for a Coronary CTA. Nurses Anita and Heather in Radiology were the most outstanding I've even encountered. They were patient, kind, resourceful, reassuring. I wish there was a direct way to provide positive feedback to the hospital administration and the nurse supervisors in this type of case. The only patient contact is the phone # for complaints. Please share my gratitude with these exceptional nurses. They are the model of extraordinary care. Nancy Alenier
