My review is specifically to recognize the excellence of one of your nurses, Cari F., who made a visit to my elderly mother today. From my initial contact, Cari was gracious, kind, and professional. My mother called me the instant Cari left to say what a wonderful experience she had. She loved Cari, which means we all love Cari. She left an outstanding impression. I would highly recommend Cari F. as a home health nurse.
There is no one to answer their phone even though it says 24/7 help. They only have two nurses for a huge area. One of whom was very rude to patient and family. She was also abusive to the patient. They didn't provide wound dressing supplies in a timely manner after surgery, about two weeks late. A nurse showed up for about half or less of the visits.
