Absolutely a joke and could care less about the patient.the worse part is that they get paid.
They rarely showed up in the time frame they had planned and a few times they only came once or twice a week when there orders were for 3 times a week. A few of the nurses didn’t listen and dress the wound appropriately leading to infections. The office was really hard or impossible to get ahold of. The patient was in and out of the hospital due to their negligence and lack of care. Do not use them because I have seen them doing this with another patient of mine also. That’s two people in the last 4 months.
My review is specifically to recognize the excellence of one of your nurses, Cari F., who made a visit to my elderly mother today. From my initial contact, Cari was gracious, kind, and professional. My mother called me the instant Cari left to say what a wonderful experience she had. She loved Cari, which means we all love Cari. She left an outstanding impression. I would highly recommend Cari F. as a home health nurse.
