Absolute horse sheet I had the front desk and the entire staff including the doctor have no idea who I was after I had just made an appointment a day ago, to that address their phone number and I still had the doctor look at me with confusion so obviously there someone in there no doing anything including their job right and the doctor just doesn’t care because there’s just no way your that careless about your staff. Horrible clinic. Nurses are incompetent.
The doctor is horrible and does not care to listen for the patients concern. She is also very rude. She should not be practicing at all if she doesn't care for patients. The nurses at front desk do not pay attention to what they're doing. They were sending me to do bloodwork for incorrect item, so I had to tell them and they had to verify with doctor and then adjust. another time they didn't send in my prescription.
Horrible service the receptionist Mirna T. Hung up while I was explaining to her that my daughters prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Im not sure how they’re a pediatric clinic when they have no patients to deal with any type of issue. Don’t ever go here waste of time. My daughters sick and I have to call them back because they want to yell and get upset.
Dr, and nurses are horrible mean I took mi szisofranic sun and the nurse laught at him the only one nice was receptionist hate it there
