I rate this company a big zero. My propane water heater was instilled on May 08 2024. There are two complaints that I would like to draw your attention to: 1) The continuous water leakage from the hot water line. Because your two technicians instead of Licensed Plumbers NEGLECTED to replace the old parts with new parts. Instead they bent old pipe while installation of Propane water heater that cause the leak.
