I am a former patient of Natalie Allen, NP, as of today. I have seen her for about 2 years and as a student who also studies medicine I initially thought she was the provider for me, until today. At my annual visit today Nurse Natalie abruptly ended my visit in a very unprofessional way after I disclosed personal/sensitive information to her.
