I just finished my on-ramp and improved my time by 2:03. My theme used to be "Slow and Steady Wins the Race." Thanks to the Mission CrossFit trainers, I have learned that the physical and mental restraints I had in place were human generated and didn't mean anything. I hope to continue to remove my self-imposed restraints so that I may continue to lose weight and gain strength. Thank you CF trainers for your patience, coaching and encouragement.
