I can’t recommend this Bellevue office enough especially Charnei Washington specifically. Wherever she goes, I will always refer! . The professionalism, care, and attention to detail truly stand out. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. i’m gonna write this for the person who is thinking about checking themselves in here. i did the full 12 week program (IOP x 3), and i finished a month ago. the program is structured with different sessions with different themes every 1.5 hours. you can attend any of them as long as it fits your schedule and hits your quota. you also have one session of 1:1 therapy a week, and you meet with a psychiatrist to manage medication every two weeks. the people around me came from all different backgrounds, had different stories a... read more
I cannot speak highly enough of this place of healing. The counselors are all kinder then kind, patient, and time is taken to help every person who asks, or wants. I loved my time here, and grew so much over the course of a few months. Mission Connection helped me get to a place of self love that I've always wanted to reach. As long as you put in the work and stay involved, I think anyone can as well.
Received amazing care at this facility. Staff are so caring, affirming and supportive.
The people who work here are great, but the owning company clearly doesn’t care about clients and makes anything bureaucracy related either difficult or impossible.
