They front office is unprofessional, and very rude. The complex has no security, it's dirty, and they disclose confidential information to other tenants. I would never recommend anyone stay here. They also had a stabbing on the premises due to no security. This once was very nice apartment complex, but she's been living there 13 years and it has now gone to the dogs.
People going to the pool from 7 to 12pm at night PAST THE POOL CLOSING HOURS to party, drink, and yell practically every night. Mission Club doesn't care, they do nothing about it, people have to call the police but like roaches they disperse then come back to make more noise. Oh and there's German roaches, barely any parking because they don't tow cars that don't belong in the apartment complex.
We like our apartment. The office staff is good. Maintenance is great. It's the residents who are the issue. They cannot seem to grasp how the garbage compactor works. Right now there is a motorcycle racing through the complex. Parking is impossible to find at night when I get off work, so many cars without stickers are parked in the resident spots. My air coitioner has been broken for over 2 weeks. They came in and said it was broken but they can get anyone to fix it because of all the paving going on. I will speak with my lawyer in the morning. It's over 90 degrees in my apartment and you are obligated to fix this. I will refuse to pay you rent until you fulfill your end of our leasing agreement. There is no reason for you to neglect your residents.
People are rude and unresponsive. New owners use excuse of they just took over. Have had roach infestation since,I moved in May but they won't move me to another apartment or let me break my lease. Looking at taking legal action against them rather than living in this sub standard complex
