Dan Cox my sales guy has made my experiences awesome. That's not to say that the rest of the folks at Mission City Indian aren't awesome - they are! Dan is the first person I see though when I stop in to buy apparel, my custom pipes, etc. It's my one stop Indian Dealership. I'm made to feel right at home whether I'm getting an oil change, the right accessory or just stopping by just to say Hi!

My husband bought a motorcycle from you last summer and we go back here because it's the only Indian dealership (for accessories and such) here. But every single time we go your customer service SUCKS! Nobody greets you when you come in, they let all the customers just stand there till they're ready to say something. When he bought the motorcycle the salesmen were completely different....now when we go for service it's attitude. Too bad there's not another one closer....very disappointing
During the Christmas Holidays, I found my (used, low mileage) 2016 Indian Chieftain via Mission City Indian Motorcycle's web site. Sales rep John Olive did an excellent job of answering all of my questions, and he worked out EXACTLY the deal that I wanted over the phone and via the internet without pressure or stress.
