Scheduled stage 1 and 2 upgrades here on my Springfield. Joe and Omar handled every aspect of the process with professionalism and skill. Indian is a great product and the support at this dealer is excellent.
Have simple parts like oil and filter kits. I dont understand how you're service manager cannot tell a customer when oil and filter kits are coming in. I have come in two weeks in a row and all they can say Indian sends them.They will show up maybe next Wednesday. So this is what it comes too .I have tried to speed over $700.00 and all i get is nobody can install today or we don't have the parts .I run a service and parts department and if i told customers this crap .I would need a new job.
