So thankful to have found Karise! A friend recommended checking out fascial Counterstrain for my persistent neck and shoulder pain due to scoliosis. The best!! I went into my first appointment after 2 weeks of not being able to turn my neck or look up without sharp pain and after one visit, I had nearly all my mobility back. Dr. Fred doesn't only realign, he uses other methods to get things back in order. I have years in my past of going to chiropractors just to get told I need to come 3x a week to get cracked and not feeling much better... my experience with Dr. Fred was nothing like that.
