Updating this initial review after an appointment with Doctor Raustol. He gets five stars for his outstanding care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was kind and patient (and had a good sense of humor!). He explained the injury my daughter had sustained and the complexity of it (involving her growth plate). He demonstrated a sense of urgency with the next steps. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My 23 month old son fell off the bed and he wouldn’t put weight on his foot. Rushed him to ER where it was confirmed he had a fracture in his foot. They fit him with a splint and he was referred to mission children’s specialist. After 3 days of calling, crying, begging mission children’s specialists to see my son, multiple times a day, I was told the same thing each time “it takes 24-48 hours to receive a call…. Dr. Raustol was absolutely amazing! Our son stepped on a garden tool that went through his foot so first he went to the ER and then we followed up here at Mission Ortho. Dr. Raustol and our nurse, Maggie, were so great. They were thorough and professional while being compassionate and attentive. Dr. Raustol explained everything so well and made our son (and us) feel comfortable and at ease. Really can't say enough good things about this experience. Thanks so much everybody! You all are heroes.

My daughter is seen there for scoliosis and leg discrepancy. She broke her middle finger and I've been trying for 5 days to get her in. They have the referral. Gonna take her to emerge ortho.
