I cannot get a call back from Dr.Hookers staff
I've called 4 times in 2 Weeks to make an appointment for my son with Blounts Disease. They do not care enough about your children to call you back. He finally got his braces in for his legs and Dr.Hooker cant take the time to see him or call back to let me know when she can.
Dr Raustol is really great! He treated my daughter who was born with traditional clubb foot and was able to fix the issue in 4 weeks with casting. Her feet are completely normal now. He is very knowledgeable and tells you exactly what the plan is and explains in detail everything that he’s going to do. He also very good with children when it comes to treatment he is patient and takes his time. His MA April is also wonderful she placed my daughters casts and they were perfect everytime.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hooker and the care she provided for my daughter. From our very first appointment, Dr. Hooker was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to immediately connect with my daughter. Once my daughter was comfortable, she then explained everything to us clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure both my daughter and our family felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Update after third scheduled appointment: my daughters and I walked out of the facility without my daughter having been seen by Dr. Raustol. Our final appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm today. One hour later, my daughter and I were still waiting to be called back. The receptionist said the doctor was running behind schedule.
