I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hooker and the care she provided for my daughter. From our very first appointment, Dr. Hooker was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to immediately connect with my daughter. Update after third scheduled appointment: my daughters and I walked out of the facility without my daughter having been seen by Dr. Raustol. Our final appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm today. One hour later, my daughter and I were still waiting to be called back. The receptionist said the doctor was running behind schedule. I had taken both of my daughters out of school early for the appointment, which turned out not to be necessary. The receptionist asked if we’d like to reschedule. My reply, “No, thank you. Updating this initial review after an appointment with Doctor Raustol. He gets five stars for his outstanding care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was kind and patient (and had a good sense of humor!). He explained the injury my daughter had sustained and the complexity of it (involving her growth plate). He demonstrated a sense of urgency with the next steps. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My 23 month old son fell off the bed and he wouldn’t put weight on his foot. Rushed him to ER where it was confirmed he had a fracture in his foot. They fit him with a splint and he was referred to mission children’s specialist. After 3 days of calling, crying, begging mission children’s specialists to see my son, multiple times a day, I was told the same thing each time “it takes 24-48 hours to receive a call….
