Don’t watch YouTube videos of fantastic brisket from Texas, and then come to Mission BBQ…. you will be very disappointed. There is a reason no one is in line waiting to order. Came on a Sunday close to 5pm, and they pulled out the driest, hardest hunk of beef I have had in a very long time. For $30/lb you would expect it to be great, but not the case here. We love this place. Not only that their food is always good, they have really nice people. They also have reserved parking for veterans. I love their brisket and corn bread and surprisingly, my husband loves their burger even if it’s not a burger place. It’s actually better than most burger places.
The BBQ was good. The sauces were good even though the BBQ really didn't need it. I did order the BBQ moist however. The sides were good but the place is a little pricey. $24 for 2 sides, a drink, a slice of cornbread and the BBQ.
Me and my family enjoyed are stay being our first time coming here to enjoy some BBQ. The pulled pork sandwich were good and the pulled chicken were good as well. Elisabeth was a nice and sweet employee. Keep up the good work. ☺️ And oh the lemonade were great too. So we'll for sure come back again.
It's always a pleasure to eat here. I'm impressed with the service, the portions, the quality and the taste. There is nothing here my kid won't eat which makes it an easy win for family meals as well.
