Booked an appointment early in the morning for my first maintenance service, ended up sitting there for 3 hrs. Worst customer experience I had ever encountered. It does not take 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotations, etc and to patch a tire. I don't understand how it took 3 tries to patch a tire
