amazing looking apartments , and very well managed ! i’ve lived here for some time and grow to love it more each and every day.
The manager Geneva is amazing. I had a tour scheduled for Thursday wasn’t able to make it and she came in on a Saturday to accommodate me. Unfortunately, we decided to stay put in our current apartment due to not being able to break our lease but as soon as May comes Mission Arbor will be where we go. The units are gorgeous and very spacious the grounds are well kept and clean but above all you can tell management cares.
I had an appointment scheduled for a viewing at 11:00 AM today. I arrived on time, but unfortunately, no one was at the office — everything was closed. I called the number provided in the confirmation email twice, but was told both times that they could only leave a message and didn’t know when someone would get back to me. I waited for 20 minutes, but no one showed up or returned my call. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and the time I wasted as a result.
I have been living here in Mission Arbor Apartments for a while now. Even though they are older apartments Miquel and Rose work together to keep these units up and looking nice at all times. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a hello when running into to any of the staff including the gardeners. When any issues are going on in our unit a request is entered in and Miquel is there Johnny on the spot to take care of any issue. Rose is very professional, proactive and knowledgeable in all areas of being a property manager.... read more
