Dr. Beshai is kind, gentle and explains everything as he does it. Great staff, front and back
1) waited 2/3 months, interviewed by the Dr.s assist. When I attempted to answer questions she would yell across the room NECK, when I wanted to explain that I had another disease and I was receiving shots. I attempted to finish my sentence and she unprofessional yelled NECK again. Then I was told to come back in another 2 months after a few questions(???) 2) They got me in early after I complained I had waited for 2 months, was never told what they were doing or the game plan. Dr. Beshai is very caring and explains clearly what he will do before the procedure and checks with you throughout the procedure. He and his staff are very kind.
Everyone in the office is always very caring, its almost hard to pin point one person, Michelle the nurse is amazing very hard worker. Never had a bad experience here. THANK YOU!
