(she called me and was quite rude when I left a low review, and didn't wish to hear my input, rather just shift blame on me and exhibit defensive behavior. I hold no ill will against her and if it means so much I change it to 5 stars. However I stated the good experiences i had with the honest truth of my experience. I had my first appointment with Dr. Makon today. Unlike other therapists and psychiatrists I’ve met, Dr. Makon genuinely loves her work. Her inquisitive mind and desire to understand each issue were evident. I felt no rush and was listened to attentively. I’m grateful to have met her and look forward to continuing our work.
Did not even seem like a business. First I booked online, they called saying I should come in person the first two times. Next, I received not 2, but 3 confirmations for the online appointment. So I show up to that, and they tell me I don't have an appointment, I need to come in person. And right after I book the appointment, the woman texts me asking when Im going to make an appointment, that she has a referral for me.......... ??
