Will not return. I went here because of their cleanliness statements & price, against my better judgment of all the mixed reviews in service. *note that my opinion is that the cleanliness is a marketing ploy & not generally in practice. Im sure some of the ladies are wonderful. If youre considering a nail removal it is $15 for them to soak your hand in a big bowl of acetone (over the 45 mins it took for my pedicure) until your hands sting & get pruney. I went in on May 21. i asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up, she told me they were fine. They were not fine. It had been months. Within 2 days they started popping off. Super disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I walked in and was asked what service I needed. I stated Fill in and no one wanted do my Fill in bc they didn’t respond to the worker when she asked who could do a Fill in. I was asked to pick polish and wait. While picking out polish I was asked how I was paying. A white woman and her daughter walked in after me and stated that they needed manicures. They were seated immediately and were never asked how they were paying and never stated that they had an appt. The worker told me that another worker that was already working ... read more

Found a great new nail place! Great Service, Very Clean & Very Nice Detail-Oriented Manicure & Pedicure. Holly, the owner, is very nice. Ann is great too. It’s worth the drive from Boiling Springs!
