Quirky tea room in the English style. A huge variety of unusual teas is available and to assist customers with their choice, a rotating stand of samples is provided on the table to have a good sniff of. We had the cream tea, which was a good attempt at an English one. RecommendedHad my first formal tea today. The teas and foods were immaculate and delicious. The proprietor and her staff are charming and solicitous of our every desire. Parking was surprisingly good and the service excellent. Highly recommended.
Valentines Day Harry Potter themed tea was a blast! Outstanding tea and food, we had a great time! We will definitely be back, highly recommend Miss Minervas.

Enjoyed a delightful tea time with wonderful customer service and absolutely delicious and plentiful food. Tea was brewed perfectly. The tea room is charming and in a good location in downtown Culpeper. I highly recommend a visit for tea, if you are nearby.

We enjoyed a lovely tea at Miss. Minerva’s tea room. Wide variety of delicious teas, sandwiches and sweet treats. Our favorites were the chicken salad croissant, olive crostini, egg salad and berry scones. They have a fun”tween tea” that my daughter ordered. Make sure you make a reservation as they have limited seating due to Covid 19. Perfect for a ladies day out in Culpeper. Looking forward to going back again soon!

We had a lovely time drinking tea, eating delicious scones, looking at all the pretty tea things around the room, and chatting a bit with the lovely young owner. FYI: During COVID, a reservation, even for just one table (aot a party) requested. Tea sandwiches are also available but we were there for just the tea and scones! This time. 😉
