Just went there for Beer Batter Chicken Strips, normally they were always awesome. This time they were awful, instead strips, they were like nuggets. Just little chucks of Beer Batter chicken, some were so hard, just couldn't chew them. Don't know they changed from strips to nuggets or it was bad timing on my part.
Super service, great food, fun atmosphere and reasonably priced! Yummm
The coffee man is on point af! The steak n eggs is very delicious.. Though my food was done well the lady that met up with me. Whoever was cooking gave her a lot of burn hash. Like you could just see they were charred and black.. We'll still go back.. Otherwise the food was very good.. It was just my hash were very good and hers burnt. Somehow that got past the cook and the waiter waitress. Very beautiful diner. I've been wanting to go and finally have :)
We always stop at Katie's Diner when we come to Milwaukee. Great food and service and we love the vintage vibe. Our waitress was very efficient as well as entertaining. Great sense of humor! My favorite breakfast item is their delicious corned beef hash. Hard to find a place that makes it homemade anymore.
I took a group of 6 for brunch before the game. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. Bloody Marys, service and food all good! Peter Pitch as usual made us feel right at home!
